Disputes between Employers and Employees are very costly. Without designated Human Resources or Personnel Departments, small businesses require significant management time to resolve difficulties. If Tribunal proceedings are commenced then frightening financial costs can be added to an even greater burden on your time.
Since 2003 not one of our 140 plus clients who heeded our advice has had a Tribunal claim made against them.
